    Human Resource Consulting (Advisory Services)

    • This job role reports to the Associate Director and Partner of the Advisory Services Unit and works closely with other partners. The individual will lead a team in delivering Human Resources (HR) solutions to clients in various sectors, including Financial Services, Manufacturing, Energy, Telecommunications, Government, and more.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Coordinating HR advisory services and operations.
    • Leading HR engagements and liaising with clients.
    • Developing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
    • Supervising team activities and ensuring quality work.
    • Managing team performance and development.
    • Preparing reports on engagements and business performance.

    Requirements 

    • A bachelor's degree from a reputable higher institution within or outside the country.
    • Minimum Second-class Honours grade level in any of the following disciplines: Social Sciences (psychology, sociology, economics, business administration), relevant courses in the humanities, and education.
    • A postgraduate degree and relevant professional certifications, such as CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, etc., will be an added advantage.

    Learning & Development Officer

    • This role reports to the Manager and Senior Manager of the Learning and Development (L&D) Unit and serves as the project manager for core L&D services, including operations related to open training, e-learning, or implants.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Coordinating and managing L&D services, from marketing and client meetings to needs analysis, curriculum design, content development, implementation, evaluation, and reporting.
    • Conducting third-level reviews of L&D documents (e.g., proposals, reports).
    • Supervising team members (SAs, ESAs, and interns) and providing coaching, delegating tasks, and tracking performance.
    • Facilitating training sessions and developing training modules independently.
    • Managing team performance and development while ensuring team motivation and productivity.
    • Build client relationships for business development and contribute innovative ideas for L&D process improvement.
    • Oversee logistics for training engagements and monitor L&D data quality.

    Requirements include:

    • Minimum of 5 years ‘Learning and development experience preferably from a Human Resources Consulting environment.
    • First degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Humanities or a related discipline with a minimum of a 2nd Class grade from an accredited university.
    • Postgraduate degree and relevant professional certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, etc., will be an added advantage.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, PowerPoint, Excel (Basic Proficiency Level)

    Recruitment & Executive Search Officer

    • This role reports to the Partner overseeing the Recruitment and Executive Search Unit and works closely with other Partners. The Senior Associate will manage recruitment and executive selection services, delivering solutions across various sectors such as Financial Services, Manufacturing, Energy, Telecommunications, Government, and more.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Coordinating recruitment and executive selection services.
    • Reviewing recruitment-related documents (proposals, reports).
    • Supervising team members and providing coaching.
    • Managing team performance and development.
    • Building and maintaining client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
    • Communicating with clients to understand their hiring needs.
    • Coordinating evaluation and reporting of recruitment processes.

    Requirements include:

    • A bachelor’s degree (Second Class Honours) in Social Sciences, Humanities, or related fields.
    • 5-8 years of HR experience (preferably in consulting) and relevant professional certifications (CIPM, SHRM, etc.).
    • Expertise in recruitment, project management, assessment centres, trainee programmes and executive search.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
