JOB SUMMARY 

Kuhl-Cher Limited is recruiting graduates for the HR Leadership Program at FoodCo Nigeria Limited. This role offers experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and HR analytics. 

IDEAL CANDIDATE 

• People-oriented, ethical graduates with strong communication, problem-solving, analytical and  organizational skills. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Support HR operations, recruitment, and onboarding 
• Assist in employee records, reporting, and compliance 
• Participate in learning & development initiatives 
• Understudy HR managers to develop technical and soft skills 
• Assist in people data analytics and reporting. 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE 

• Bachelor’s degree / Higher National Diploma in Human Resources, Business 
• Administration, Psychology, or related field 
• Minimum graduating GPA of Second Class Upper / Upper Credit 
• 0–2 years post-NYSC experience 
• Age limit: 27 years 
• CIPM certification is an added advantage 

TECHNICAL & ANALYTICAL SKILLS 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint) 
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines 
• Analytical, Critical-thinking skills and ability to solve HR-related issues efficiently 
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential employee information
