Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a qualified and proactive entry-level candidate for immediate employment as an HR Station Supervisor. The ideal candidate will support and oversee daily HR operations while ensuring smooth workflow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily HR-related activities.
Support recruitment processes, including interviewing and onboarding.
Manage employee relations and address workplace conflicts effectively.
Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential employee records.
Work flexible shifts, including weekends when required.

Requirements & Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• High level of attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc / HND / ND in any discipline.
• 2–3 years’ experience in a related role (NYSC or internship experience may be considered).
• Familiarity with HRIS systems is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational and people management skills.
• Basic knowledge of management principles and practices.
