This role reports to the Manager and Senior Manager of the Learning and Development (L&D) Unit and serves as the project manager for core L&D services, including operations related to open training, e-learning, or implants.
Responsibilities include:
Coordinating and managing L&D services, from marketing and client meetings to needs analysis, curriculum design, content development, implementation, evaluation, and reporting.
Conducting third-level reviews of L&D documents (e.g., proposals, reports).
Supervising team members (SAs, ESAs, and interns) and providing coaching, delegating tasks, and tracking performance.
Facilitating training sessions and developing training modules independently.
Managing team performance and development while ensuring team motivation and productivity.
Build client relationships for business development and contribute innovative ideas for L&D process improvement.
Oversee logistics for training engagements and monitor L&D data quality.
Requirements include:
Minimum of 5 years ‘Learning and development experience preferably from a Human Resources Consulting environment.
First degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Humanities or a related discipline with a minimum of a 2nd Class grade from an accredited university.
Postgraduate degree and relevant professional certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, etc., will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, PowerPoint, Excel (Basic Proficiency Level)
