    Human Resources Manager - Abuja

    • We are a reputable hospitality solutions providers,providing hospitality establishment with with unique and qualitative hospitality support services for their guest and customers exemplar hospitality experience.
    • Our client a new 5 star hotel in Apo Area of Abuja FCT, requires the services of seasoned and experience Hotel Administrative Manager/ Human Resources Manager who shall be responsible for:
    • Design seasonal and department-specific hiring plans, post vacancies, interview candidates, and handle onboarding and background checks. Organize orientation programs, customer service training, grooming and hygiene standards, and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Trainining
    • Manage overtime, shift allowances, and employee benefit plans etc.
    • Oversee duty rosters, track attendance.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for staff grievances, resolve workplace conflicts, and conduct performance appraisals.
    • Ensure adherence to local labor laws,and hotel health and safety regulations.etc
    • Only candidate ready to resume immediately with proven knowledge of hotel structure and operations should apply.
