Field Sales Representative at Nicole Sinclair Consulting

Our client, a fast-growing FMCG brand in the powdered energy drink category, is looking to hire highly aggressive and results-driven Field Sales Representatives across key cities in Nigeria. (Lagos, Onitsha, Kano, Ibadan and Abeokuta).

This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in field sales and open market distribution, particularly within the energy drink category.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify, onboard, and open new retail outlets, including kiosks, convenience stores, gyms, and street vendors.
• Drive daily sales and ensure consistent product availability and restocking across assigned territories.
• Execute market activation strategies, including product sampling and promotional campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
• Achieve and exceed weekly sales and outlet acquisition targets.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide real-time market feedback.
• Submit daily sales reports and performance updates.

QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in field sales within FMCG, with a strong preference for energy drinks or beverage products.
• Demonstrated success in open market distribution and territory expansion.
• An existing network of retailers, kiosks, or informal trade channels is highly desirable.
• Comfortable with door-to-door selling and high-volume outreach.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
