Responsibilities

• Manage editorial calendars to promote company brands on various social media websites
• Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability
• Assist with Twitter management
• Brainstorm and research ideas for original content
• Ensure brand message is consistent
• Post on various social media platforms such as Twitter, Tik-Tok and LinkedIn.

Requirements

• Interest in Digital marketing
• Good communication skills, for confident and engaging communication with internal and external partners
• Strong understanding of the digital media landscape, including social media  platforms (such as Twitter, Tik-Tok , Linkedin)
• Experience writing and/or editing copy and contributing to reports preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in of Microsoft Office products including Word, and PowerPoint
• Detail-oriented, reliable, professional, organized, and a quick learner

Incumbent responsibilities include but not limited to acquiring and managing customers to meet the business goals.

• Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc.
• Organize travel arrangements from beginning to end, through booking tickets and hotel accommodation, securing rental transportation, etc.
• Supply travelers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday material (guides, maps, event programs etc)
• Collect deposits and balance payments from passengers
• Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for a refund based on ticket rules
• Create and update electronic records of clients
• Liaise with sales and marketing to create attractive offers
• Arrange travel for business and vacation customers
• Determine customers’ needs and preferences, such as schedules and costs
• Plan and arrange tour packages suitable for a prospective customer
• Find fare and schedule information
• Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip.
