Videographer / Video Editor at Nicole Sinclair Consulting

We are looking for a creative and highly skilled Videographer/Video Editor to join our fitness brand and help create engaging, high-quality content across all social media platforms. The ideal candidate understands how to capture dynamic fitness content, edit attention-grabbing videos, and create content that drives engagement, brand awareness, and audience growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Shoot high-quality videos and photos for gym content, workouts, member testimonials, events, and promotional campaigns.
• Edit engaging short-form and long-form content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Create fast-paced, attention-grabbing edits with strong hooks, transitions, captions, sound design, and storytelling.
• Develop content optimized for social media engagement and trends.
• Work closely with the marketing/team leads to plan creative content ideas and campaigns.
• Capture behind-the-scenes content, transformation journeys, trainer highlights, and gym culture.
• Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s identity and goals.
• Stay updated on current social media trends, editing styles, and viral fitness content formats.
• Manage and organize video files and media assets efficiently.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma, Degree, or certification in Media, Film Production, Mass Communication, Creative Arts, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in videography and video editing.
• Strong portfolio of social media content.
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Ability to shoot cinematic and engaging workout footage.
• Understanding of social media algorithms and content that drives engagement.
• Experience creating reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos.
• Creative eye for lighting, angles, pacing, and storytelling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
