About the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and highly driven Content & Social Media Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content and managing our social media platforms to strengthen brand presence, increase engagement, and support marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create engaging written, visual, and video content aligned with brand tone and marketing goals
• Manage daily social media activity, including posting, scheduling, and community engagement
• Monitor social media trends and adapt content strategies accordingly
• Track, analyze, and report on content performance and campaign results
• Collaborate with design, marketing, to support campaigns and promotions
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels
• Respond to comments, messages, and online interactions in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 2+ years proven experience in content creation and social media management
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Proficiency with social media tools and analytics platforms
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite is a plus)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and audience engagement strategies
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
