    Senior Digital Account Manager

    Playhouse Communication Limited is an award-winning creative and marketing agency passionate about building brands that connect, engage, and grow. As we continue to expand our digital marketing footprint, we are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Account Manager to join our growing team and lead client relationships, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration across exciting digital marketing projects.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital marketing campaigns across social media, paid media, content, influencer marketing, experiential, and production projects.
    • Coordinate with internal teams including strategy, creative, media, production, and digital teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
    • Serve as the lead contact for assigned clients and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
    • Understand clients’ business goals, marketing objectives, and brand positioning to provide strategic recommendations.
    • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling agency services.
    • Support pitch development, proposal writing, and presentation preparation for prospective clients.
    • Manage account budgets, invoicing processes, and profitability of assigned accounts.
    • Prepare campaign reports, performance analysis, and post-campaign evaluations.
    • Ensure projects remain commercially viable and aligned with approved budgets.
    • Monitor payment timelines and support account reconciliation processes where necessary.
    • Mentor and support junior account executives and account managers.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • 5–7 years’ experience within a digital marketing, advertising, or integrated communications agency
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing and campaign management
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
    • Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
