Recruitment Specialist at African Industries Group (AIG)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, to identify qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
