  • Fuel Station Manager

    About the Role

    • We are seeking a highly competent and proactive Station Manager to oversee the daily operations of one of our service stations.
    • We are a reputable player in the downstream oil and gas sector, engaged in the retail and distribution of petroleum products.
    • This role requires a hands-on leader with strong operational discipline, a high sense of responsibility, and the ability to ensure strict compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the filling station
    • Ensure accurate dispensing and reconciliation of products (PMS, AGO, DPK and LPG)
    • Monitor sales performance and drive revenue growth
    • Send accurate reports daily to head office
    • Enforce compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards
    • Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies
    • Supervise station staff, including attendants and security personnel
    • Maintain proper stock control, inventory records, and reporting systems
    • Handle customer relations and ensure excellent service delivery
    • Identify operational gaps and take initiative to resolve issues promptly
    • Ensure the station environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of an HND / B.Sc Degree in any relevant discipline
    • 2 - 5 years experience in a similar role within the oil & gas downstream sector
    • Strong understanding of station operations, product handling, and safety standards
    • Good knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements
    • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
    • High level of integrity and accountability
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
    • Must reside in Ogbaku, Imo State, or be willing to relocate immediately.

    Operations Specialist

    About the Role

    • We are seeking a smart, analytical, and highly driven Operations Specialist to play a central role in coordinating and optimizing operations across our retail fuel stations.
    • This role is critical to driving performance, improving efficiency, minimizing leakages, and strengthening the overall business position.
    • The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, data-savvy, and proactive, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies that enhance sales, customer experience, and operational integrity.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the coordination and performance management of multiple fuel stations and outlets
    • Collect, track, and analyze operational and sales data across stations
    • Conduct regular station visits to ensure compliance, operational efficiency, and service standards
    • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and potential leakages/fraud, and implement corrective measures
    • Develop and execute initiatives to improve sales, attract customers, and increase station profitability
    • Support brand development and business repositioning strategies across outlets
    • Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and reconciliation processes
    • Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and HSE standards
    • Prepare periodic reports, dashboards, and insights for management decision-making
    • Work closely with station managers and field teams to drive performance improvements

    Requirements

    • Minimum of HND/  B.Sc. in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related field
    • 2–5 years’ experience in operations, preferably within the oil & gas downstream or retail sector
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
    • Solid understanding of inventory management and control systems
    • Experience in field operations and multi-location coordination is an added advantage
    • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
    • High level of integrity and attention to detail
    • Must reside in Ogbaku, Imo State, or be willing to relocate
