    Growth Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are a diagnostic center seeking a proactive and analytical Business Development & Growth Manager to drive patient volume, increase revenue, and strengthen our market position.
    • The role involves evaluating our current business performance, conducting market research, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing strategies that translate into measurable sales.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute strategies to increase patient numbers and revenue
    • Identify and build partnerships with hospitals, HMOs, clinics, and corporate organizations
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide pricing and service offerings
    • Assess current business operations and recommend improvements
    • Carry out feasibility studies for new services or expansion opportunities
    • Track performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field
    • MBA is an added advantage
    • 3–6 years experience in Business Development, Growth, Strategy, or Marketing (healthcare experience is a strong advantage)
    • Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is highly preferred
    • Proven ability to generate leads and drive revenue
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
    • Self-driven and results-oriented

    Experience:

    • Business Management: 4 years (Required)
    • Market Research & Analysis: 4 years (Required)

    Key Skills:

    • Strong Market Research & Analysis and Problem-solving skills
    • Proven ability to drive sales and revenue growth
    • Strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Commercial awareness and business acumen
    • Ability to challenge ideas constructively and think independently
    • Data Interpretation.
