    HR Support Officer

    Department: Human Resources
    Reports To: HR Manager / Head of HR

    Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000 monthly Net

    Key Responsibilities:

    Recruitment & Onboarding Support:

    • Assist in posting job vacancies on job boards and social media platforms 
    • Screen CVs and schedule interviews 
    • Coordinate interview logistics with candidates and hiring managers 
    • Support onboarding processes, including documentation and orientation 
    • Prepare employment letters (offer, confirmation, etc.) 

    HR Administration:

    • Maintain and update employee records (both physical and digital) 
    • Ensure proper documentation and filing of HR documents 
    • Monitor staff attendance, leave records, and absenteeism 

    Compliance & Policy Support:

    • Ensure HR practices comply with Nigerian labor laws and company policies 
    • Assist in the development and communication of HR policies 
    • Support audits and HR reporting requirements 
    • Assist in organizing company events and staff welfare programs 
    • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed 

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 
    • 1–3 years experience in HR or administrative role (preferably in fintech or tech-driven environment) 
    • Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices 
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)  
    • Familiarity with HR software/tools is an added advantage 
    • Candidate must be leave around Amuwo Odofin / Apapa area of Lagos
