About the Role:

We require a competent HR professional who can support consulting assignments across recruitment, payroll administration, employee documentation, performance management support, HR advisory and general people-management projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates across job boards, LinkedIn, WhatsApp groups, referrals, and professional networks
• Administer payroll, maintain employee records, and ensure basic HR compliance
• Support performance management systems and staff appraisal processes
• Handle documentation, writing, and reporting across client assignments
• Manage multiple client HR projects with speed and accuracy
