    Human Resources Coordinator

    • Screen and shortlist applicants, ensuring effective recruitment plans are implemented.
    • Conduct interviews and evaluate applicant qualifications for vacant positions (conduct reference check & verify me reports).
    • Coordinate with department heads to conduct panel interviews for urgent vacancies.
    • Develop and maintain internal job posting programs and referral systems.
    • Liaise with recruitment agencies and attend employment fairs to build applicant pools.
    • Handle employee terminations and related issues professionally (conduct exit interviews)
    • Maintain and develop a solid application database for easy reference.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual recruitment reports (joiners & leavers, HC reports, exit interviews analysis)- Manage HMO & life insurance in/out registration/records.
    • Handle Employee relation activities (Communication meetings, birthdays, etc.)
    • Coordinate Training activities with Consultants.
    • Manage the Pension administration & submit timely.
    • Maintain a proper filling system for all departments.
    • Administer vacation submission & records

    • Solid understanding of Company job requirements and person-job fit principles
    • Ability to handle employee complaints and resigned staff issues

    Language Skills

    • English: Proficient
    • Yoruba: Advanced

    Reporting To: Human Resources Supervisor
