    HR/Admin & Operations Officer

    Job Summary

    The HR/Admin & Operations Officer will be responsible for overseeing the organization's human resources, administrative, and day-to-day operational functions. The successful candidate will serve as the focal point for office management, ensuring seamless business operations while driving HR processes, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
    • Maintain and update staff records, HR databases, and personnel files.
    • Support performance management, employee relations, and staff development initiatives.
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
    • Coordinate and supervise administrative activities, office logistics, and facility management.
    • Develop and implement operational processes and systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
    • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labour regulations, and internal operational procedures.
    • Manage leave administration, attendance records, and staff welfare activities.
    • Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, manage office supplies, and oversee company assets.
    • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders to support business operations.
    • Perform other HR, administrative, and operational duties as assigned by management.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years' proven experience in an HR/Admin, Operations, or similar management role.
    • Experience within the real estate, media, or related sectors is an added advantage.
    • Strong knowledge of HR practices, office administration, and operational management.
    • Good understanding of Nigerian labour laws and regulatory compliance.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • Strong problem-solving ability with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR/administrative management systems.
    • Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and drive operational excellence.
