    Role Summary

    The HR Operations Lead will drive HR operations, employee relations, compliance, workforce administration, and HR business partnering across the organization. The role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, workforce productivity, policy compliance, and a positive employee experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead HR operations and employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, disciplinary actions, and exits.
    • Partner with business leaders to address workforce challenges, improve team effectiveness, and support workforce planning.
    • Manage employee relations matters, workplace investigations, grievances, and conflict resolution processes.
    • Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws, company policies, and HR governance standards.
    • Develop and monitor HR dashboards, workforce reports, and key people metrics.
    • Oversee the administration and deployment of casual and contract employees.
    • Drive HR process improvement, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.
    • Lead, coach, and develop HR Business Partners across BUs.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
    • Professional HR certification (CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent).
    • 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including significant exposure to HR Operations and Employee Relations.
    • Experience as an HR Business Partner within Manufacturing, FMCG, Agribusiness, Logistics, or similar operational environments.
    • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
    • Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of Seamless HR is an added advantage.
