Job Summary
The Group HR is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the Human Resources function across all of the Groups locations and business units. The role oversees workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, organizational development, training, policy implementation, and regulatory compliance to ensure the Group attracts, develops, and retains high-performing talent.
