    Marketers (Sales & Lead Generation)

    We are hiring aggressive and target-driven Marketers to generate leads, drive property awareness, and convert prospects into buyers. This role requires consistent field and digital marketing efforts with a strong focus on closing deals.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Generate leads through digital marketing, field marketing, and referrals
    • Promote properties via social media, WhatsApp, and direct marketing
    • Engage prospects and push for site inspections
    • Follow up consistently to convert leads into actual buyers
    • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
    • Work with client relations team to ensure smooth conversion process
    • Provide feedback on market response and client objections

    Requirements

    • 1–3 years experience in sales/marketing (real estate is an advantage)
    • Strong ability to prospect, follow up, and close deals
    • Good communication and persuasion skills
    • Must be goal-oriented and highly proactive
    • Willingness to do both online and field marketing
    • Good knowledge of tele marketing/ digital marketing is an added advantage 

    Strict KPIs

    • Daily lead generation target
    • Number of site inspections booked weekly
    • Conversion rate (lead to payment)
    • Monthly sales/closure target

    Compensation

    • Base salary(200k) + high commission on each sale
    • Performance bonuses for exceeding targets
    • Salary review based on performance
