Field Operations Assistant
- Job Type Full Time , Onsite

- Experience 1 - 3 years
- Location Abuja
- Job Field Real Estate
- Salary Range ₦50,000 - ₦100,000/month
Key Responsibilities
- Source residential and commercial properties available for rent and sale across Abuja.
- Conduct physical property inspections and verify property conditions, locations, prices, and availability.
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords, property owners, caretakers, and real estate agents.
- Take clear property pictures and videos for marketing and promotional purposes.
- Gather accurate property information and submit regular field reports.
- Coordinate property inspections and support clients during property visits when required.
- Conduct market research on rental prices, property values, and emerging real estate opportunities.
- Identify genuine property listings and contribute to expanding the company’s property portfolio.
