Job Summary:
The Floor Manager is responsible for ensuring effective management of the floor they are assigned to security coordination, guest reception, operational oversight within designated areas, particularly the Managing Director’s (MD’s) office and pro-activeness in mitigating against issues before they are escalated. Overall you maintain order, the facility, ensure a secure, professional and a well-organized work environment
Duties & Responsibilities:
Other Tasks: You will be assigned to collaborate with other team members as required or might be asked to perform task within the workspace but outside your role.
Requirements: Minimum of HND, Great organization skills, Excellent communication skills, Interpersonal Skills
