Human Resources Manager at a Reputable Company

An established Plastic manufacturing company located in Onitsha, Anambra State is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all HR functions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in human capital management, employee relations, organizational development, and HR policy implementation in a structured industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention processes.
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management systems.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and internal HR policies.
• Implement learning and development programs to support employee growth.
• Maintain and update HR records, metrics, and reports.
• Advise management on workforce planning, compensation, and benefits structures.
• Foster a positive and productive work culture across all departments.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. BA, or HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience in a well-structured company.
• Good understanding of Nigerian labour laws
• Professional certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas or manufacturing sector is an added advantage.
