    HR Officer / Recruiter (Freelancer)

    We are seeking a skilled HR Officer / Recruiter (Freelancer) with strong expertise in talent acquisition. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing top candidates, and ensuring smooth onboarding. The HR Officer/ Recruiter will work independently, providing recruitment support and management insights, and will play a vital role in building a strong workforce for the organization.

    KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES.

    • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
    • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
    • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
    • Conduct reference checks and background verification for shortlisted candidates
    • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
    • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and recruitment best practices.
    • Deliver timely updates and recruitment reports to management.
    • Support employer branding initiatives to enhance talent attraction.
    • Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
    • Provide guidance to hiring managers on interview techniques and selection criteria

    QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 3–5 years of proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
    • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and interview methods.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and deliver results within deadlines.
    • Strong organizational and reporting abilities.
    • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is an advantage
