    Junior Recruiter

    Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    Job Summary

    Whipsmart Services Provider Limited is looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our in-house recruitment team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and deploying domestic staff while ensuring all recruitment documentation is completed accurately. The role also involves preparing recruitment reports and maintaining excellent communication with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Source and recruit qualified domestic staff for client placements.
    • Screen applications and conduct interviews with prospective candidates.
    • Assess candidates' suitability for available roles.
    • Coordinate the deployment of successful candidates to clients.
    • Conduct onboarding and basic orientation/training for newly recruited staff.
    • Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate recruitment documentation and employee records.
    • Follow up with deployed staff and clients to ensure successful placements.
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
    • Maintain and update the recruitment database.
    • Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and procedures.
    • Support other HR and recruitment activities as assigned.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
    • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR is an added advantage.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and report-writing skills.
    • Must reside in Ikeja or nearby areas, or be willing to commute daily.
