    Graduate Sales & Recruitment Consultant

    We are looking for a Graduate Sales and Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with leading multinational and blue-chip organizations, supporting them with talent advisory, recruitment, and HR solutions.

    Successful candidates will receive structured training and onboarding, providing a strong foundation for a long-term career in business development, recruitment consulting, and executive search.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support client acquisition and business development activities.
    • Identify and engage top talent to meet client hiring needs.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
    • Support end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and coordination of interviews.
    • Work within a target-driven structure to achieve recruitment and sales goals.
    • Provide talent advisory support to clients across various industries.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or social science related discipline
    • 0–2 years of experience in sales, recruitment, or customer-facing roles is an added advantage.
    • Strong interest in sales, recruitment, and consulting.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
