    Customer Service Rep (NYSC)

    We are seeking a smart, professional, and customer-focused NYSC Corps Member to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role is ideal for a corps member seeking a Primary Place of Assignment (PPA) in a fast-paced healthcare and wellness environment.

    The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, assisting with inquiries, appointment scheduling, client follow-up, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the client journey.

    Responsibilities

    • Welcome and attend to clients professionally.
    • Respond to client inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
    • Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments.
    • Follow up with prospective and existing clients regarding consultations and treatments.
    • Maintain accurate client records and appointment logs.
    • Assist with client check-in and check-out processes.
    • Provide information about clinic services, promotions, and treatment packages.
    • Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
    • Support administrative and front desk operations as required.
    • Maintain excellent customer service standards at all times.
    • Assist with basic office coordination and daily operational tasks.

    Requirements & Skills

    • Must be a serving NYSC Corps Member seeking a Primary Place of Assignment (PPA).
    • Must possess OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree from a recognized institution.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
    • Good phone etiquette and professional appearance.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
    • Previous customer service experience is an added advantage but not compulsory.
