Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible in supervising and coordinating all the strategic responsibilities which includes day-to-day tasks activities such as recruitment, new hire orientation and onboarding, performance management, employee termination, payroll and benefits, managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, and overseeing benefits administration.
In addition, the ideal individual will be involved in building strong relationships with Client's company's as to be desired. This is a full-time role responsibility for the overall organizational culture and objectives.
