    HR Officer

    Reports To: Head, Human Resources
    Contract Type: Fixed-Term (12 Months)

    The HR Officer will provide strategic and operational HR support to assigned business units, ensuring alignment between business objectives and people strategies. This role is responsible for driving core HR processes, supporting workforce expansion, and enhancing employee experience within a fast-paced environment.

    This is a contract role designed to strengthen HR delivery capacity during a period of growth and transformation.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Partner with business leaders to deliver aligned HR solutions
    • Support end-to-end recruitment to meet hiring targets
    • Drive performance management and employee engagement initiatives
    • Manage employee relations issues professionally and efficiently
    • Implement HR policies and ensure operational excellence
    • Provide HR insights and reporting to support decision-making
    • Other tasks as assigned.

    KEY REQUIREMENTS

    Experience & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
    • 5 – 8 years HR experience, including Business Partnering
    • Experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment (e.g., financial services, fintech, or technology)

    Skills & Competencies

    • Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills
    • Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment laws
    • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure
    • High level of professionalism and confidentiality

    • Timely closure of hiring requirements
    • Improved employee engagement and reduced employee relations issues
    • Strong stakeholder satisfaction (business leaders)
    • Accurate and insightful HR reporting
    • Effective execution of HR initiatives within assigned business units
