    Head of Sales and Marketing

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Sales and Marketing to lead our revenue growth initiatives and brand positioning efforts.
    • This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated sales and marketing strategies that drive business growth, enhance customer engagement, and strengthen market presence.
    • The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with a proven track record in both B2B and B2C environments, capable of aligning cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious targets.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals
    • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to drive performance and accountability
    • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels for growth
    • Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies to optimize performance
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

    • Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

    Human Resources Manager

    Summary

    • We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resource Manager to lead our HR department and drive initiatives that support employee engagement, talent development, and organizational growth.

    Responsibilties

    • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent

    • Serve as a trusted advisor to staff and management on HR-related matters

    Qualifications

    • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR systems, and best practices
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
    • HR certification (CIPM, SHRM-CP, SPHRI) is a plus.
