Job Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Sales and Marketing to lead our revenue growth initiatives and brand positioning efforts.
• This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated sales and marketing strategies that drive business growth, enhance customer engagement, and strengthen market presence.
• The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with a proven track record in both B2B and B2C environments, capable of aligning cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to drive performance and accountability
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels for growth
• Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies to optimize performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Design and execute comprehensive marketing plans across digital, traditional, and experiential channels
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI on campaigns and initiatives
• Collaborate with product, operations, and customer service teams to align messaging and customer experience
• Work closely with executive leadership to align sales and marketing goals with overall business objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 8+ years of progressive experience in sales and marketing leadership roles
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing growth strategies
• Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
