Site Supervisor at Klar Management Consult

Location: Lekki, Lagos (Proximity to Lekki/Island axis is a major advantage)

Salary: ₦180,000 / month
Workdays: Monday – Saturday

Are you a firm, highly organized, and sharp Site Supervisor who knows how to manage artisans and keep luxury interior projects running smoothly?

Mimz Interiors is looking for a resilient Site Supervisor to oversee our high-end residential and commercial fit-out projects on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Artisan & Subcontractor Management: Supervise, coordinate, and strictly enforce quality control with carpenters, painters, tilers, electricians, and plumbers.
• Inventory & Material Control: Receive, log, and track all premium materials on-site. Eliminate waste, prevent theft, and ensure materials are used efficiently.
• Project Timeline Tracking: Ensure daily tasks match the project schedule. Proactively report delays and resolve bottlenecks on the ground.
• Health, Safety & Environment (HSE): Maintain a clean, hazard-free, and safe working environment for all personnel on site.
• Snagging & Quality Assurance: Inspect finished installations against design drawings to catch errors early before handover.
• Daily Reporting: Send structured daily progress updates, site photos, and material logs to the Operations Management.

Requirements:

• Previous practical experience managing interior design or construction sites is a big plus.
• Must possess a firm personality—able to command respect and hold artisans accountable to strict deadlines.
• Good verbal and written communication skills (ability to communicate clearly with both corporate management and local artisans).
• High level of integrity, alertness, and attention to detail.
• Must be comfortable working a Monday to Saturday schedule.
