Responsibilties

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
• Foster a positive work environment through conflict resolution and employee engagement
• Serve as a trusted advisor to staff and management on HR-related matters
• Implement performance appraisal systems and support managers in employee evaluations
• Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
• Update and maintain the employee handbook and HR documentation
• Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation programs
• Conduct market research to ensure competitive salary structures
• Align HR initiatives with business goals and contribute to strategic planning
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR systems, and best practices
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• HR certification (CIPM, SHRM-CP, SPHRI) is a plus.
