- 1–3 years of experience in communications, digital marketing, or media production.
- Proficiency in graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing (CapCut, Premiere).
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English.
- Experience managing social media accounts for organizations or brands.
- Access to a smartphone or camera with good photo/video quality.
- Commitment of 3–6 months minimum.
