Driver at Rovride Nigeria Limited

Salary: ₦170,000 per month plus performance-based bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport passengers to their destinations while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional attitude at all times.
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, presentable, and in good working condition.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and promptly report any faults or maintenance issues.
• Use the driver application to accept, manage, and complete trips accurately.
• Maintain accurate records of trips and promptly remit payments in accordance with company procedures.
• Comply with all company safety, operational, and customer service standards.
• Handle passengers and challenging situations calmly and professionally.

Requirements

• Female applicants only.
• Minimum of an SSCE/OND qualification.
• Valid Nigerian driver's licence.
• LASDRI card (or willingness to obtain one).
• Minimum of 3 years' professional driving experience.
• Good knowledge of Lagos roads and traffic routes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate smartphones and navigation applications such as Google Maps.
• Honest, punctual, professional, and customer-oriented.
• No serious traffic or criminal record.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Sunday on a rotating shift schedule.
• Off days will be scheduled in accordance with the company's shift roster.
