Leads the design and implementation of Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) frameworks to measure program impact, ensure data quality, and drive evidence-based decision-making.
Supports the MEAL Manager in collecting, analyzing, and reporting program data. Ensures routine monitoring systems are functional and data quality is maintained at the field level.
