    Accounts Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    • Inventory management with weekly reconciliation of inventory movement and valuation.
    • Checking & confirmation of accounting entries in Orion & make sure the correct entries are being booked
    • Work with internal audit team to provide inputs for internal control framework and ensure applicable internal audit actions are closed promptly.
    • Checking & approval of All GRN's i.e. CONGR, SPGR, LPGR, IPGR
    • Doing reconciliation of major suppliers, customers etc, discussing with them & closing the discrepancies if any.
    • Preparation of MIS as required by Management
    • Periodic Stock take validation.
    • Reconciliation check for variances with process owner explanation.
    • Approval documentation and checks for any inventory gain or loss recognition.
    • Any other task as required by Management
    • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

    Job Requirements

    • HND / B.Sc in Accounting
    • 5-6 years experience as an Accountant in an FMCG company
    • ICAN Chartered
    • Good knowledge of accounting ERP
    • Experience in FMCG company
    • African Experience preferable but not essential.

    Responsibilities

    • Identify well-known e-commerce platforms pan Nigeria, for potential discussions about partnering with our brand.
    • Supervise and lead the e-commerce sales, drive visibility and product availability across platforms.

    Senior Marketer - Field Sales Representative

    Job Description

    • The candidate will be responsible for marketing and sales of an of well-known diesel generators ranging from 15KVA to 1MW. We are ideally looking for candidates who have good experience in marketing and sales of a range of diesel generators.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Key responsibility is to meet sales revenue targets and expand dealer base across the assigned regions and customer segments
    • Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.
    • Develop and nurture the sales distribution network; Identity, recruit, and on-board new channel partners
    • Develop positive working relationships with partners to build a business. Work with channel partners to help them exceed revenue expectations of the company month on monthly basis
    • Regular partner visits and keep them engaged with promotional and branding offers.
    • Stay current with the latest developments in the marketplace and competitor activities.
    • Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements.
    • Educate partners about product portfolio and complimentary services offered, and keep them up-to-date with information about schemes and targets.

    Field Sales Engineer - Industrial Equipment

    General Function & Key Objectives

    • Ensure to meet business goals in terms of Industrial Equipment & Spare-parts sales.
    • Meet sales target, Achieve sales growth, market share improvement, profitability and customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities
    Sales:

    • Develop sales in assigned geographical territory through direct sales visits
    • Strictly follow & implement a guided sales strategy to achieve the growth and sales targets.
    • Develop and maintain positive relationships with established customers through close management of the accounts and attention to their needs.
    • To interact actively with customers to become their consultant in industrial equipment solutions.
    • To follow-up existing customer showing high degree of commitment and professionalism.

    • Liaise with other departments like finance, logistics

    Education and Experience

    • Degree or Diploma in Engineering - Especially Electrical.
    • 1 - 3 years work experience.
    • Sales experience in similar filed (Technical Sales/ Industrial Equipment Sales).
    • Preferably experience in sales of spares parts and equipments like Compressors, Pumps, Fork-lift, Chemicals etc.
