Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Drive employee engagement and performance management initiatives
• Handle employee relations and conflict resolution
• Partner with business leaders on strategic HR initiatives
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations
• Support workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development

Requirements:

• Strong background in recruitment, onboarding, employee management, and strategic HR operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
