  • HR Business Partn‌er⁠ (​HR‍B⁠P)

    The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will support the company's business objectives by aligning HR strategies with operational and technical workforce needs‍. The role is responsible for recruitment, employee⁠ relation​s, performance management, HR operations, compliance, learning and development, and‌ workforce engagement within⁠ a fast-paced ICT‌ security environment.
    The ideal candidate should understand the dynamics of technical teams,⁠ project-based operations, and‌ the talent challenges⁠ within the cybersecurity and IT​ infrastructure industry in Nigeria.

    ‌Requirements

    Education

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology,‍ or related discipline.
    • CIPM‌ certification or⁠ other HR professional certification is an advantage.

    Experience

    • ⁠3–‌5 years HR experience, preferably within ICT​,‌ technology, fintech, telecom⁠, or cybersecurity sectors.
    • Experience supporting technical teams is highly⁠ desirable.
    • Good understanding of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.

    Skills & Competencies

    • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management​ skills.
    • Excellent communication and‍ conflict​-resolution abilities.‌
    • Knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
    • Ability to‌ maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
    • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Understanding of performance management frameworks and employee engagement strategies.⁠

    Key⁠ Performance​ Indicators (KPIs)

    • Time-⁠to-fill open positions.
    • Employee retention rate.
    • Staff engagement​ and satisfaction levels.
    • Completion rate of performance appraisals.
    • HR compliance and documentation accuracy.
    • Training and certification⁠ completion rates.
    • Reduction in employee disciplinary incidents.

    ​Working Condit​ions

    • ​Primarily off​ice-base​d in Lagos with occasional travel to client or branch lo​cations.
    • May​ require support outside regular‍ working hours during​ recruitment drives or critical HR incidents.
    • Preferred Candidate Profile
    • ⁠Experience working in a fast-growing ICT or cybersecurity company.
    • ‍Comfortable interacting‌ with engineers, SOC analysts,‌ project teams, and executives.
    • Able to balance operational HR task​s with strategic business support.
    • Professional, proactive, and capable of working​ with minimal supervision.
