Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple business units
• Establish HR policies, structures, and performance frameworks
• Design and drive employee training and development programs
• Implement performance management systems and KPIs
• Oversee compensation, payroll, and benefits administration
• Manage employee relations, discipline, and engagement
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 4–6 years HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong experience in recruitment and team scaling
• Good knowledge of Nigerian labour laws
• Professional certifications (CIPM, SHRM, etc.) are an advantage
