    HR Assistant

    Location: Ogun Guangdong Free Trade Zone, Nigeria

    We are looking for a smart, organized, and professional HR Assistant to support the daily operations of the Human Resources department. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while assisting with recruitment, staff documentation, and administrative HR functions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
    • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
    • Support onboarding and orientation activities for new employees.
    • Prepare HR-related documents, letters, and reports.
    • Assist in monitoring staff attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
    • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
    • Ensure confidentiality of employee information and company records.
    • Support day-to-day administrative tasks within the HR department.
    • Coordinate meetings, interviews, and internal HR activities.

    Requirements

    • Female candidates only.
    • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
    • Must have previous HR experience.
    • Good written and spoken English communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Familiar with basic computer operations and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Meticulous in work, careful, conscientious, and detail-oriented.
    • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work under supervision and follow company procedures.
    • Candidates with strong learning ability and willingness to be trained and developed are welcome.
