We are seeking a smart, commercially minded, and hands-on Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to support both the commercial operational strategy of the Group and the growth of the company.
ROLE SUMMARY
The HRBP will support the Company in driving workforce effectiveness, talent management, organizational development, employee relations and learning initiatives across the Group.
The role will also play a strategic part in the development and commercialization of the WatchGuard Academy, a subsidiary of the WatchGuard Group, by coordinating trainings, facilitating learning programs, supporting curriculum development and helping position the Academy as a credible training institution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Human Resource Management
- Support recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement processes
- Assist in performance management and staff development initiatives
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations and workplace issues professionally
- Support workforce planning and operational staffing requirements
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Learning & Development
- Coordinate internal and external training programs
- Facilitate selected trainings and workshops where required
- Support the development of training manuals and learning materials
- Identify organizational skill gaps and recommend training solutions
- Assist in developing structured learning programs for security personnel and corporate clients
Academy Support
- Support the commercialization of the Academy’s training services
- Coordinate training schedules, logistics and learning events
- Engage corporate organizations for training opportunities
- Assist in positioning the Academy as a professional training institution
- Support certification, compliance and training documentation processes
- Work closely with Management on strategic growth initiatives for the Academy
Business & Operational Support
- Support management with organizational development initiatives
- Assist with reporting, workforce analytics, and HR insights
- Promote professionalism, discipline and company culture across the organization
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years HR experience
- Experience in training coordination, facilitation, or learning & development ins an added advantage
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Commercial awareness and business development mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work in a structured and operational environment
