    Trade Marketing Executive

    Job Purpose

    • He / She will be responsible for trade marketing duties in AgroMall that involves project analysis and implementation, reporting and business analysis.

    Principal Responsibilities

    • Operational and Technical Responsibilities
    • Identifying the current- and future-state business processes.
    • Helping the business stakeholders envision the future and how their work will need to change to support the future.
    • Facilitating design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution.
    • Assisting at various levels of project and helping in task analysis.
    • Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.
    • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
    • Interpret, evaluate and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making.
    • Manage field work tools and provide up to date inventory records.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of a B.Sc / BA / HND in Business Administration or relevant field.
    • Experience and / or ability to interpret data using Microsoft Excel to compile reports.
    • Ability to accurately and effectively conduct correspondence with a diverse community utilizing multiple methods of communication.
    • Analytic orientation with strong accuracy skills.
    • Ability to utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills.
    • Project management skills.
    • Presentation skills with the knowledge of MS word and Power point.

    • Prepare issue log by collecting and analyzing Fields' complaint.
    • Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
    • Identify and assess Extension Agents’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
    • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

    Qualifications

    • 0 to 1 year experience in customer service support
