Gbovo is seeking a proactive Client Service Officer. The Client Service officer will be the primary point of contact for Gbovo clients following successful asset procurement. Sitting within the Account Management function and reporting directly to the Key Account Lead, this is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for ensuring every client experiences a smooth, professional, and well-supported post-procurement journey. The CSO manages the end-to-end onboarding process, handles day-to-day client communications, and takes ownership of resolving issues related to payments, insurance, and account queries, escalating where necessary to the appropriate internal teams. This role demands strong organisational discipline, clear and consistent communication, and a genuine commitment to client satisfaction. The ideal candidate brings 2–3 years of direct client-facing experience in a financial services, lending, or fintech environment, and takes pride in the quality and reliability of their work.
