Accountant(Corper) at Vynta Clean Ltd

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage financial records and support daily operations in our growing cleaning company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and reconcile all customer orders and payments accurately
• Track orders to ensure proper processing, delivery, and return to the correct owners
• Monitor inventory and flag any discrepancies or missing items
• Liaise with clients, respond to inquiries, and handle incoming calls professionally
• Maintain organized financial records and generate basic reports
• Collaborate with an external consultant on tax preparation and filings

Requirements:

• B.Sc/HND/BA (2.1) in accounting with basic knowledge of bookkeeping (experience in service-based businesses is an advantage).
• Must reside in Lugbe, Abuja.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• High level of integrity and accountability
