    Administrative Officer

    Job Summary

    We are looking for a proactive and organised Administrative Officer to support the daily operations of our study abroad and travel firm. The ideal candidate will manage office administration, communicate with students, track applications, and support the admissions process from enquiry to enrolment. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow up effectively with students and internal teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage day-to-day office administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations.
    • Serve as a point of contact for students, responding to enquiries and providing administrative support.
    • Follow up with students on outstanding documents, application requirements, and deadlines.
    • Track student applications from enquiry to admission and maintain accurate status updates.
    • Organise and maintain student records, files, and documentation.
    • Support the admissions and visa teams with administrative follow-up and documentation.
    • Schedule student appointments, consultations, and internal meetings.
    • Handle calls, emails, correspondence, and front desk enquiries professionally.
    • Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and update databases/CRM systems.
    • Provide general administrative support to management and staff as required.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
    • 2–3 years experience in administration, student support, or office operations.
    • Experience in a study abroad, education, admissions, or consultancy environment is an advantage
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
    • Ability to maintain accurate records and follow up efficiently.
    • Professional, proactive, and customer-focused approach.

    What Success Looks Like

    A successful Administrative Officer will keep office operations running smoothly, ensure students are followed up promptly, maintain accurate records, and closely track each student’s application process to ensure timely progress from enquiry to admission and visa stage.
