Loan Marketing / Disbursement Officer at Ultraviolet Microfinance Bank

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, marketing loan products, and facilitating the loan application process. The role focuses on achieving loan disbursement targets while ensuring compliance with credit policies and maintaining high-quality loan portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Market and promote the Bank’s loan products to individuals and businesses
• Identify and generate leads for new loan opportunities
• Assess clients’ financial needs and recommend suitable loan products
• Guide clients through the loan application and documentation process
• Conduct preliminary credit assessments and risk evaluations
• Follow up on loan applications to ensure timely approval and disbursement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
• Monitor loan repayments and support recovery efforts when necessary
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate records of all marketing and loan activities
