Social Media & Sales Support Officer at Whip Smart Service Providers Limited

Salary: N150,000

Social Media & Content Posting

• Post pre-designed and pre-edited content (photos, videos, reels, ads) across Instagram, WhatsApp Status, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms.
• Ensure all posts go live on time according to the content calendar.
• Monitor comments, DMs and engagement; respond or escalate as necessary.

Sales & Client Follow-up

• Respond promptly to client inquiries via Instagram, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Provide product/service information and pricing.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
• Prepare and send quotations where needed.
• Maintain accurate records of all conversations and leads.

Customer Satisfaction

• Follow up after delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Resolve complaints promptly and escalate complex issues.
• Encourage happy customers to leave reviews, testimonials and referrals.
• Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business.

Reporting & Administration

• Keep daily records of inquiries, follow-ups and sales.
• Submit daily/weekly reports on inquiries, follow-ups, sales closed and customer feedback.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in social media management, customer service or sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Facebook and TikTok.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Proactive, organized and detail-oriented.
• Previous experience in the furniture, interior or design industry is an advantage.
