We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence across multiple brands.
This role is ideal for someone who understands storytelling, creates engaging content that people actually want to watch, and knows how to grow communities—not just followers.
You'll be responsible for planning content, creating videos and graphics, managing our social media platforms, and turning ideas into campaigns that drive engagement, enquiries, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
- Plan and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with business objectives.
- Create engaging content including:
- Reels
- TikToks
- Short-form videos
- Graphics
- Stories
- Carousels
- Promotional campaigns
- Film and edit high-quality video content using smartphones and professional equipment where required.
- Write compelling captions, hooks, and copy that increase engagement and reach.
- Monitor trends, viral content, and platform updates to keep our content fresh and competitive.
- Manage online communities by responding to comments, direct messages, and customer enquiries professionally.
- Track social media performance using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and platform insights.
- Produce monthly performance reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns, events, product launches, and brand promotions.
- Stay up to date with content marketing, SEO, and digital marketing best practices.
Requirements
We're looking for someone who has:
- 2+ years' experience managing social media for a business or brand.
- A strong portfolio showcasing content creation and social media campaigns.
- Excellent video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Graphic design skills using Canva (experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
- Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
- A deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube algorithms.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite and social media analytics.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for producing high-quality content.
- Photography and videography skills are highly desirable.
