Revenue Assurance Officer at Oxygen

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Revenue Assurance Officer to support loan recovery and ensure timely repayments from customers. The role involves direct engagement with customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to drive repayment compliance while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively contact customers via phone, email, and other channels to follow up on loan repayments
• Monitor loan portfolios and identify overdue accounts
• Negotiate and agree on repayment plans with customers where necessary
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and repayment activities
• Escalate high-risk or non-performing accounts in line with company policy
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines
• Provide regular reports on recovery performance and portfolio status
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., credit, operations) to resolve repayment issues
• Support initiatives aimed at improving repayment rates and reducing default levels

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in collections, revenue assurance, or customer service (preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems
